I'm inclined to think they deserve worse. I'd have at the least expected some hot air before a credit raise. No effort made at all the dupe Joe and Jane public, lazy! Probably pushed the boundaries as far as they could on the last credit raise and/or they are all on a ski trip somewhere and can't back it up with a webinar.
