Sorry my post wasn't clear - with the plant build to start in Jan 23, it will take 6 months to extract sand.
Bruce has said that it will take 6 months to build the plant. Not sure (don't know) how modular the plant will be but I would have thought it would need to be substantially built before extracting any sand. If Bruce says 6 months, then it won't be any less.
