If $5 million dollars gets you 51% of the JV than another
$5 million will definitely get you the rest of the JV.
$1.279,794 owing = 25.59% of the remaining 49%.
Another $3.7 million and MCT owns 100% of Kookynie.
MCT will not need the remaining hold out NME SHs to take over
the JV, this is going to be a money saver for MCT SHs.
NME SHs will be extremely lucky if they end up with a small NSR.
I rather like this.
