I call bullshit on this. They are hard pressed to call up reinforcements and the munitions they are using are mostly dumb bombs, not precision. Ukraine is a vast country and Kyiv is a rather large city. As far as I know RuZZian fixed wing aircraft are flying from RuZZia and Belarussia, not airfields in Ukraine. That adds a lot of time to their sorties.

Like the mythical mighty RuZZian army, that myth has now well and truly been busted.
