Ann: EAS Advisors LLC appointed to assist with US growth, page-8

Not being deliberately negative, just trying to think outside the box a bit - what services do you think Respiri are looking for here? I'm going through the EAS website to get a feel for what they do, and under the 'transactions' page there's a lot of equity placements. The announcement mentions EAS have "access to a deep pool of traditional and alternative sources of capital" (although this may just be the generic blurb about the company, not a hint to anything). Is this an early step for a tap for equity somehow, rather than trying to tap ASX investors who may be a bit jaded? Previously I was expecting a CR but we know from the last quarterly they reigned in costs pretty significantly, but just trying to get a feel for what these guys will offer. @Yenom23 or others, any thoughts?

In any event, the news flow around this company has improved immeasurably.
