I actually never looked it at from that perspective. That theory actually makes sense- from the approval process (last 90 days), this would coincide with the timeframes of previous announcements.
I have also noticed again recently, additional team have moved from Novatti to IBOA and they have also recruited so major names in the industry, we may be extremely close to what we want.
