These would appear to be all key staff employed about 9 months ago. As the options are long term performance options you would expect they would be conditional on both long term employment and some specific hurdles related to company performance over that time period. I guess the time period and performance requirements will need to be defined but seems to be nothing out of the ordinary providing the time period is not 3 months and the SP must be above $4.8.
