No wonder LKAB does not want to do joint venture with Talga anymore. Mine permitting is a nightmare in Sweden.MT did good finding resource, but did not research Sweden enough in terms mine permitting.Sweden actively making new mine permitting very difficult. Took Beowulf 9 years to get concession, but still need to do environment study for environmental permitting.The permit process has so far cost the company SEK 80 million.
