If you look at volume, seller vs buyers and short action, it all points to a way to go before price action.
A year ago with similar announcement EVR would be 10c with punter/investers piling on a sniff, but today with so many early stage developers (just look at some lithium stocks, Im sure you know them if you are looking at EVR) hoovering up spare cash in ESG rerating it will take some concrete announcement to move the SP for junior explorers.
Time to accumulatestocks like EVR now when mega cheap and with some real news in the near future, people who have made 5x to 50x in other more advanced plays will sell a clip and look for new/next opportunities.
