'Hoping' to win part of $9.9B that will go to Cyber security in a crowded space sounds a lot like luck to me.
With the Govt about to go into caretaker, there is also no certainty that the Libs will stay in power. It could all be undone should Labour be victorious, they have already stated on the NineNews this morning they believe child care and energy sectors were neglected.
Nothing is a certainty. A lot of luck required at this stage.
