Small cap stocks can be incredibly frustrating if you timeline is not flexible. If you believe the uranium sector has a huge supply deficit and it's the only clean, sustainable carbon neutral source of base load power then just adjust your timeframe and sit back and relax.
This whole Uranium sector trade is just a when question not an if question.
