re: steely See page 3 and 4 i think it is of the latest presentation. Yes it is the department of ag for biologicals and not the fda. For biologicals you can be selling your product after 3 years(including trials )and for chemicals in the case of cmq about 5.5 years according to the info there . Estimates of course.
I don't care if the article was payed for or not and by whom its the content and its accuracy that counts.
