I can “promise” you don’t “expect” many things to be on time at RVR .... not sure if it’s over enthusiasm, industry dynamics or Covid related, or of more concern, lack of planning or penny pinching that leads to delays but they do have a track record of well .... running late .... this is most of the reason I am not invested. I do think the business is good but momentum is slow.
