I am led to believe that this is a form of insider trading. How can Davide Bosio sell 13 million of stocks at @1.9 cents just before the capital raise announcement.
He also has the opportunity to buy more at 1.6 cents. Is this correct and is this legal noting that he sold before the capital raise announcement?
