well noted...but which executives can fully meet their deadlines during development phases of a company?!
having said that, i understand that their are factors that are completely out of their control, but they (meant in a general sense) should then explain and provide feedback on why they could not be met...this professionalism is still lagging at these phases.
the widespread approach of let's just pretend to forget what we said in the past is a "common sickness" in the exec levels LOL
