I have read so much on here saying that if Apus is a duster then the SP will drop to 10c or 20c?
I'm not sure if these posters are just trying to stir the pot or if they actually just have no idea?
I think Dorado contains somewhere around 240 million barrels (48m to CVN) and Pavo around 40 million barrels (12m to CVN). At todays prices, CVN's reserves are somewhere around $6B! That is pretty impressive numbers for a mob with a sub $600m MC and the with the rights to the rest of the basin!
So, if Apus is in fact a duster what will the SP do if/when Santos give the green light to a development? With confirmation that CVN will pull US$6B of oil out of the ground for a comparatively small outlay the future would surely be extremely bright?
For me, the numbers combined with the speccy exploration upside make this look extremely undervalued? I can't see how this outfit won't end up being a very rewarding and lucrative investment?
