Hi Spec............ One has to look back over the records of AVR and see what WP has done to bring this Coy to where it is now. He has, in my opinion, saved the Coy from going under. He also has a number of share options, which I believe he will take up in due course. Approved by shareholders
I am happy he is at the wheel.
Have you not seen, in your time of investing, Directors not holding shares in a successful Coy they are involved in? Some top Coys have Directors who are not shareholders. ? Also like to know why your statement '.....presents as a major red flag' my friend?
