Any one care to explain to me what metrics indicate even to day is a fair price.. Funny that when stock goes down this board goes quite yet every up movement brings out all the we are going to $20 and beyond profits.

My guess is just like all the pros are saying we will have the typical head fake right before a recession. My guess is Lynas will hit 12 maybe even 13. Look at charts of pass recessions. This is needed to start a rapid fall. I even heard a 60 second sound byte on my locale news last night asking if the inverted yield curve meant a recession for sure. The "expert" said it would go up first then fall about September. Nothing is guaranteed. but when you see as many things as we have seen since June it is becoming highly likely. Here is a plot of S&P which was hit worse in DOT COM and fell by about 50 %. Many stocks went to Zero and never recovered. Also a chart of DJI during banking crisis which loss 50 % of its value and many banks collapse. Even Merrill lynch and Bank of America had to merge to survive. The NYSE went broke and had to be sold to a EU firm a couple of years latter and is no longer the biggest exchange or most regarded. note top and bottoms before changes they are long with a clear flat spot. Anything with a V shape is most likely a false indicator. This is why I say wait for a 10 % movement after a clear bottom or top
