Could someone explain how this options issue works?
I understand for 8 shares you get 1 option to exercise for 1 more ordinary share. Does the exercise price of $35 mean you purchase or sell that share at $35?
Also when issuing these options would it dilute shareholders?
Need a simple explanation for a peanut brain.
