If I am reading note 15 correctly, Puna has $3.9m worth of current assets.
Do you think that balance belongs to inventories? That could justify the $3.2m profit with slim revenue (via a variation in inventories)
Are they sitting on a $3.9m pile of LCE valued at cost?
Can't be possible. They would have sold it already. The balance could just be cash in banks waiting to pay PPE.
