initial burst of enthusiasm from the market for the announcement, then the resultant drift back as the brokers try to work out what the hell the information actually means, seems like AXE has a 3 month cycle for media releases which results in a 10% or greater gain in SP, like to see a media announcement with some timeframe attached now to galvanise a greater and longer lasting reaction from the market/SP
