I don't think the SP was "pumped" to $1 last year. A surge of German interest applied the upward pressure on a relatively low trading volume stock. Without the CR, the SP may have hovered around the $1+ mark for much longer.

Perhaps you are right in that following a steep SP rise is not an ideal time to enter, but much of this commentary is dependant on investment timeframe and Uni is clearly here for the long haul.

Uni may have been incorrect on timeline, but EGR fundamentals are supportive of the comments. The persistent shorting has subdued the SP - who knows what the SP would have done in the past 12 months without it.

Do you honestly believe that HC commentary influences SP in any significant way? Hoardes of retail investors drawn in by the cute frog pics, the feared ignore room for wayward comrades or cries of $2?

Global tailwinds in the graphite/SPG/LIB/EV sectors are strengthening. Hard to find a company better positioned to capitalise on it than EGR. I think the SP will be multiples of $2 not too far down the track - not gonna hazard a guess on timeframe though.
