As PLL are a Junior Partner of SYA...
It stands out to me that in the latest PLL presentations...
That the Tesla OFFTAKE is NOT mentioned or factored into their presentations...
PLL & Tesla had / has the same type of OFFTAKE Agreement as PLL & SYA does ATM...
If PLL do NOT HONOR the Tesla Offtake...
Then...
SYA should not HONOR the PLL Offtake.
Can we expect any SC6 from SYA to be directed to Tesla under that PLL/Tesla Offtake or not...?
Can anyone correct me if this is not accurate...?
