If ever there was a time for Aguia to attempt to leverage Federal support and expedited development coupled with additional low cost capital or subsidies it would be now. Knowing Fernando as I do he is on this. The Brazilian management has 30 years of experience working in the country. They know all the players and the decision makers. I am certain there is a lot happening behind the scenes that we cannot be privy to yet.
