Mate - you may be right. However, this is dated 1st March and the infringement happened after this date. Nothin from the compan to say the technical issue has been resolved - I think it would have been.
All I am saying is that the dilling had been halted at the time of the breach notification (remember the $15k fine) and tht any results would be delayed for the length of the time of the drilling rig not being operated.
