At the risk of calling BS on all this, do you mind sharing screenshots (you can redact private/personal info if you like) to prove the legitimacy of your ramp/claim? Otherwise what you typed is the definition of unsubstantiated information/ramping which is again the HC guidelines.
If anything "the management isn't responding to holders and I need to go to these third parties for details" sounds like a bonafide red flag.
