Sometimes they TH then CR with and release a good announcement at the same time and to peoples surprise the share price flies instead of retreating. If the stock is bullish then usually bullish sentiment stays and people are just happy they now have the money to advance drilling activities. But trading can be a flip a coin moment sometimes whether the share price will go up or down.
