Lachlan Murdoch already runs FoxBet which is struggling badly and only live in 4 states while its parent company Fox Corp is caught up in a legal battle with Flutter/FanDuel. Fox Sports is actually ditching talent to ESPN, so I think Rupert who is now in his 90's is actually doing the opposite and moving away from sports - fox is about broadcast content and the world is moving to streaming content.
