I can live with the $360k assuming he can illustrate to the pleb shareholders we have a snipper strategy and thrown away the spud gun that fired aimlessly in all directions. The bar may look low on the options but given we just gave away 1.2 mill (or whatever number it was) in a settlement atleast I know the CEO is going to be a 2% min owner pretty much from the get go (I know there is vesting) so he is long term incentivised to stick around and do a solid job. Sometimes those stupid option bars that are set so high send the company on a gambling path, because the high SP target incentives the optionholder to take crazy risks to try and meet the SP target. If I was a shareholder (I still am - just), I would want to see a sensible focused strategy moving forward and then proof of execution. Both have been lacking up to this point. For information, Paul was on $480k last year according to the annual report. I query whether Paul has trimmed his rather large salary?
