they currently have very little debt and existing assets without boda including tgo and associated fixed assets + very solid cashflow, so I don’t think they would have a problem getting a 50-80M loan and putting that with cash on hand and/or listed investments to do the work they need to do (although I’d like them to keep CAI investment for strategic reasons).
