Teresa is a very important senior executive in Uscom - she runs Uscom China amongst other tasks and manages much of the International business. She is financially independent and works at Uscom because she loves her job and loves the challenge.
She has had an UNUSUAL agreement with the company since joining it that she will draw her salary in shares - she draws no money.
These are on NO WAY performance shares - but she is a top performa!
