OK, we know broker reports don't always tell it how it really is, but it wouldn't be smart to underestimate the effect they have on the market/investors, especially mums and dads.

If you understand the people that act on the reports you can always outperform them, the investors and brokers.

Also worth noting, the reports will only be based on long term values as they don't know what will happen in the short term and don't want to throw sky high valuations at stocks, after all they want to get good entry prices too.
