A takeover doesn't happen overnight, I think that others from the USA will also bid, which will increase the price.
If CATH grabs this mine, the western world will become even more dependent on China.
I'm in favor of Nigel staying on board and getting support.
Nigel is also an important link to the DRC even though ML and everything has been granted.
