Thanks very much Ya, so at the upper end of $12 mill Us per 1% thats bang on $80 mill Aud for 5%, so really on my numbers anything beyond a 5% sell down would seem too conservative by management I reckon. I really don't want to see a reduction of permit share % but likely a buyer would push for that I guess.
