Yes...It will come.
Factoring in the month hiatus I project a mid to late-July finish to the buy-back. an average SP paid of $4.25 with 2 million shares per day. $9 million per day. It's not unreasonable. WE may find that the money is the limiting factor in that case and we do not reach 10% share recovery.
A month gives a lot of time for BEOT to accumulate and play games. Setting themselves to let the SP run like the wind after April 20. April is, of course, the month of share price bounty traditionally across the market.
