on iPhone, it's not heaps bad or anything just something that doesn't need to be there IMO. Same as the chat Icon...
I'd put the feedback link down the bottom somewhere inconspicuous, and chat only if there's actually a chat happening...
Website looks good, just a couple of potential improvements...
