Some of you have other obvious misconceptions that cloud your judgment..
* Daelim is NRZ's partner. No. Daelim is progressing with the construction job it is contracted and being paid to do.
* NRZ has an Offtake Agreement for urea to Daelim. No. There is a Heads of Agreement in place. It's different.
* NRZ has a full funding commitment with the Export Import Bank of Korea. No, they have a Letter of Intent that might be upgraded to full funding if certain conditions are met.
* NRZ is free to proceed with Stage 1 after unilaterally Withdrawing their Application to DAWE. Yet to be determined, but I think the Commonwealth Government Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment might not be in agreement with NRZs decisions. Why don't you email them? Let us know how you go.
