How a companies board and management is perceived by shareholders and investors is a reflection of how it’s market cap will be judged by its share price and by the buying support and interest of new investors wanting to invest in the company together with its results.
If it’s constantly undervalued compared to what the board and management believe it should be for a very long extended period of many many years it will generally be for only 2 reasons.
shareholders and new potential investors don’t believe in the current people running the company and don’t believe they are capable of ensuring the company will reach the potential it believes it has.
Or shareholders and investors don’t believe that the story being told by the company and the future success and growth prospects that the board and management have portrayed is realistic or achievable hence nobody will be interested due to a lack of belief and lack of growth progress.
I try still believe and hope but with only $1.3 mill of sales over the last 2 quarters it is hardly the sales revenues of a international medical device company that would draw new investor interest or give excited hope to shareholders.
the market cap of a company is always the truest reflection of how shareholders and investors feel about a company, it’s board and management and it’s growth potential future.

growth and profitability that continually grow larger year on year and positive announcements are what moves the scoreboard.
