as far as i am aware anything traded on the asx is subject to CGT.
what you have listed above is options contract trading which is a totally different scenario to the options we are buying and selling with MLS
MLSOB
MLSOC
MLSOD
are brought and sold the same way as normal MLS shares are brought and sold so CGT applies IMO.
