So if there is something there, then they ought to be able to vector in on it within way less time and drills than yesteryear. Thanks Tinstuff on the Minex doing double shift as I wasn't aware. I did find it strange that they were able to get close to 50m a day on a single shift. Also thanks to Goldbug and yes I agree 30m a day DD is maxing it even with great ground conditions. A single shift I think we all agree consists of half the day or 12 hours. I wonder if ICG will seek to crank it up and go double shift. I certainly would like to think that they have given it due consideration and in fact go to double shift no later than the end of the month. Need to catch up for lost time. I have read more of these threads and ICG hasn't been short of a fair few obstacles which the BOD and management ought to have handled better. Most concerning have been my reading of past capital raisings where they have been undertaken at a substantial discount to prevailing market prices. I certainly will not put up with any of that in future when they need more money. I also certainly will not be putting up with any lifestyle or passenger members of the BOD. They need to be put on notice. On my understanding, ICG's register is open and accordingly it would not be difficult to rally ICG shareholders in order to get the requisite numbers and push for any change that may be warranted in any particular circumstance. For now, I think each and every ICG individual needs to prove themselves. And no, its not easy. Survival of the fittest. Its hard, but that's the business world for you. After all, ICG is not a not-for-profit organisation.

There's been a lot of things that have happened to ICG over the years and some very solid support from its holders. I respect you have an opinion, but you have been here for 2 mins in the context of what's been happening for years of toil done by many people in this company. What your seeing in Oz now is a 53 year dream coming to fruition. Enjoy what's about to happen but please do some more homework before writing off some very talented people. You are about to be rewarded from their hard work.
