My guess is that all these car manufacturers have heaps of EVs ready to start manufacturing but no batteries to go in them. So considering all the supply chain issues we are certain to face in the future seems to me that POS is going to make batteries and sell them to the Australian Government at a capped price securing our push into future green energy transport. This is how I see it playing out anyway and if any big names get mentioned in the process i.e. Elon, VW etc we are gonna moonshot big time.
