    They are buying back stock at what they perceive to be below intrinsic value (incredibly cheap at ~15).

    The options have an exercise price of 35. Over 100% increase to the prevailing share price.

    Yes, they may never be in the money - but true believers might see value in the options.

    It's not as stupid is it sounds.
