    re: good new travels fast. No, that agreement was up for renewel, if not renerwed it wouldn't have been paid....

    Sorry, still confused.

    So under the previous agreement, which had been in place for how long..? ... Textron had to pay $5M. Have they/Did they pay this already ... under the terms of the old agreement?
