    The time is now to sort out the new chemical process! My biggest U position is BOE, with LOT,PEN and PDN all the second holding. Pen does seem to have underperformed the other 3 however its just waiting for clarity on the new process then i think we will see a large rerating. Its cheap compared to so many junior explorers which will never get their mines off the ground.
