The number of Advisors in the CA and the amount they are seeking. The decision process on what the Advisors will accept; for example if there are 300 Advisors and one of them is holding out for $ 3 billion (?) This information is obviously not publicly available. However, it would appear what AMP's lawyers and the Advisors lawyers see as grounds for settlement differ. Both appear to not want to "blink" and are playing a game of chicken (with other people's money).
