    I share your concerns. As such I've invested accordingly. Not sure if I'll stay for TD or free carry and roll the dice. My concern is how attractive is GLV to a takeover with an unlisted entity holding a large chunk of the target. I suspect it wouldn't help the cause. GLV won't be developing IMO. Western Gas already have gas they haven't developed that was discovered over 10yrs ago.
