I dunno if this has been brought up before here, but worth saying...

With the current situation in Ukraine, Russian embargos, and the uncertainty of gas and oil production vs demand, that alone could drive reduced reliance on fossils, and increased uptake of battery tech.

Not to mention that rare earth metal supply will become much reduced, and some countries are starting to freak out even more about not having any.

Plus the enphasis on resource production is likely to increase as bottlenecks are felt in supply chains around the world.

Now is the time to get a nickel/cobalt/scandium mine off the ground, in my opinion.
