The chance that people do more damage than good is high. Also, not sure most people would have enough knowledge of the intricacies of the business or how the customer side works and what it requires.
we dont know the direction, targets or strategy of dean and team at the moment. Just have some faith. They have overachieved every milestone they have set out so far.
Current share price is not a reflection of the business or the team and their abilities to deliver.
