Half the battle on the market is PR,

Get in the right circles, and a good fundemental stock will soar.

conversly, a good stock with bad PR tends to get shunned,.

Even if it puts ord on people RADAR, half the battle with the market, is awareness, and also a popularity contest.

Fundemntals aside, the dot com boom was example enough of that popularity.
