Isn't this takeover offer subject to shareholder approval? Or are shareholders voting with their feet now?
Agree with the comment about Mike Smith waiting out to buy assets on the cheap. Same for Ralph Norris. Picked up BankWest, Aussie Home Loans and Wizard cheap.
Buying it at 25 time P/E is ridiculous imo. Worse than buying Myer IPO.
